Tech Stack 9 AREAS · CLICK TO EXPAND

Infrastructure Linux · Cloud · On-prem
+
Designing, deploying and managing the full server stack — from physical hardware in office racks to virtual machines in cloud and hybrid environments. Linux-first approach with a focus on uptime, scalability and operational resilience.
Networking Office · Remote · VPN
+
End-to-end office and remote connectivity: VLANs, firewalls, Wi-Fi at scale, and secure remote access through VPN and zero-trust solutions. Built to support single offices and globally distributed teams alike.
Productivity Platforms Microsoft 365 · Google Workspace
+
Tenant-level administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — identity, SSO, email routing, licensing, security baselines and lifecycle management. The systems people touch every day, kept fast, secure and predictable.
AI & Automation Adoption · Workflows
+
Rolling AI tooling out across business teams to remove friction and accelerate work. From IT-side automation (scripts, Power Automate, API glue) to organisation-wide adoption of Copilot, ChatGPT and bespoke agents.
LLMs Self-hosted · Frontier APIs
+
Started by running LLMs on self-hosted Linux machines with GPU compute — open-source models like Llama and Mistral — before scaling into the commercial ecosystem with Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini. End-to-end understanding from inference setup and quantisation, to prompt design, agent architecture, and API integration into business workflows.
Scripting & Integration Python · APIs
+
Custom scripts, integrations and small internal tools to connect the systems vendors don't talk to each other. Python is the primary language — used for automating IT operations, reporting, and stitching SaaS APIs together.
Cybersecurity Endpoint · Email · Identity
+
Layered security across endpoints (EDR, MDM, DLP), email (filtering, anti-phishing, DMARC) and identity (MFA, conditional access, SSO). Operating to ITIL and ISO standards with incident response runbooks in place.
Device Management macOS · Windows · MDM
+
Fleet management across macOS and Windows estates through MDM platforms like Jamf and Kandji. Zero-touch deployment, policy enforcement, patch management and end-user support that scales without scaling headcount.
Monitoring Uptime · Performance
+
Proactive monitoring of infrastructure, services and endpoints — catching issues before users feel them. Dashboards, alerting, SLA tracking and capacity planning to keep systems running well, not just running.
